This is a simple, flexible workout routine I try to do 3-5 times every day. Works in any order. It is not made to make you look ripped, it is just to keep you from being fat or getting bad joints
- 30 Push-Ups
- 40 Jumping Jacks
- 20 Sit Ups
- 10-15 Chin-Ups
- 20 Squats
- ~15 min walk
